TNOC Icon Theater Nuclear Operations Executive Seminar
The U.S. Army Nuclear and Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Agency (USANCA) offers the Theater Nuclear Operations Executive Seminar for senior leaders and staff officers. The seminar facilitates
discussion on theater integration of U.S. nuclear capabilities into conventional operations including planning, targeting concepts, nuclear weapon effects, and potential impacts on the scheme of maneuver. Theater level considerations for U.S. nuclear weapons policy and nuclear doctrine are also discussed. The seminar is designed for 4 hours but can be modified to meet organizational needs.

Who Should Attend This Seminar
This seminar is intended for senior leaders and primary staff officers in the grades of O-6/GS-15 and above and targets the following organizations:

• Combatant Commands and Sub Unified Commands
• Service Component Commands
• Theater Army and Army Corps Commands
• Service Staffs
• Joint Staff
• Office of the Secretary of Defense
• Department of Defense support agencies
